A structured youth leadership body ensuring FLOW's programs are youth-driven, culturally relevant, and responsive to real-world challenges.
To ensure our programs are youth-driven, culturally relevant, and responsive to real-world challenges, FLOW has established the Youth Financial Advisory Council (YFAC).
The YFAC is a structured youth leadership body that represents Black youths across provinces, providing ongoing input and guidance on program design, outreach, and evaluation.
With 10 members per region, the Council ensures local representation and creates a direct pipeline of youth voices into FLOW's program delivery and partnerships.
"To amplify Black youth voices in financial literacy and career development by creating accessible opportunities for education, leadership, and economic empowerment for youth across underserved communities."
