About FLOW Management

Founded in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, FLOW Management was created to provide Black and equity-deserving youth with a supportive space to navigate challenges, share experiences, and build financial resilience for long-term success.

Our Mission

Providing Quality Financial Education for Long-Term Success

Our mission is to provide quality financial education to strengthen the skills and understanding around money management for long-term success. We show up in communities, run free workshops, and create spaces where Black and equity-deserving youth can learn, connect, and grow.

Founder & Executive Director
A seasoned financial literacy educator, Mortgage Broker, and community leader with over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. He specializes in financial management, real estate financing, and entrepreneurial coaching, equipping individuals with the tools to build wealth and achieve financial resilience.
Joshua Kiena
Joshua Kiena
Program Director
A recognized community leader in the non-profit sector with years of experience working with inner city youth in Hamilton. He specializes in event organizing, program development and delivery, and community engagement. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development Studies from York University and serves on the City of Hamilton's Youth Steering Committee.

Yasir Ahmed
Finance Manager, CPA
A CPA with over 5 years of experience in the public sector with a focus in finance. He specializes in corporate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business consulting. He holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of Ottawa and previously served as Treasurer for the Youth Professionals Network.
